Questions, feedback, or a bug report? We'd love to hear from you. Email [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
Open the post or video in Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube, tap the share button, and choose Stash from the share sheet. We'll automatically extract any places mentioned in the caption or video and add them to your map.
On iOS, open the share sheet, scroll to the right, tap More, then toggle Stash on. You can also drag it to the top for quicker access. On Android, Stash should appear automatically — if it doesn't, reinstall the app or restart your phone.
Nearby Place Alerts notify you when you're close to a place you've saved. This is an opt-in feature and is off by default. When enabled, Stash uses low-accuracy location (cell tower / Wi-Fi) in the background solely to check proximity to your saved places. You can turn it on or off in Profile → Notifications → Nearby Places.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, saved places, and lists. If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account and we'll delete it for you.
Pull to refresh on the map or list screen. If places are still missing, make sure you're signed in to the same account you used to save them. If the problem persists, email [email protected] with the approximate date and source (Instagram / TikTok / YouTube) of the place you saved.
Check your internet connection and try force-closing and reopening the app. If the map still doesn't load, try toggling airplane mode off and on, or switch between Wi-Fi and cellular.
Stash uses Google Sign-In. Make sure you have a working internet connection and that Google Play Services (on Android) is up to date. If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app, then try again. If you still can't sign in, email [email protected] with the Google account you're trying to use and a screenshot of the error.
Email [email protected] with a description of what happened (or what you'd like to see) and, if possible, a screenshot or screen recording and the device & OS version you're using. We read every message.
