1. Welcome to StashApp

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Shophouse AI Pte Ltd ("we", or "us"), a company based in Singapore, which governs your use of StashApp applications, websites, and related services (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business.

2. Using the Platform

2.1 Services

StashApp provides a platform for you to create, view, interact with, and share content (such as saved places and reels). The Platform may also include advertisements, sponsored content, and other commercial communications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

2.2 Account

To access full functionality, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform.

2.3 User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Do anything illegal, misleading, or harmful.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated means.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Content

3.1 Your Content

"Your Content" includes anything you post, upload, or share on the Platform. You retain ownership of Your Content.

3.2 License Grant

By providing Your Content to the Platform, you grant Shophouse AI Pte Ltd a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable, worldwide license to access, use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute Your Content for the purposes of operating, improving, providing, and developing the Platform and new technologies (including training and improving machine learning models and algorithms). This license continues even if you stop using the Platform, to the extent Your Content has been shared with others or incorporated into other parts of the service.

3.3 Feedback

If you provide us with ideas or feedback, we own all rights to anything we develop based on that feedback without obligation to you.

4. Permissions You Give Us

To provide the Platform, you grant us the following permissions:

• Personalized Ads: We may show you customized ads and sponsored content based on your activity and information.
• Social Context: We may use your name, profile image, and username in connection with ads, sponsored content, or commercial offerings that you interact with on the Platform, without compensation to you.
• Software Updates: Permission to install updates to the Platform on your device.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHOPHOUSE AI PTE LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 SGD OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
